I bill your insurance company just like your doctor's office does.  The insurance company then reimburses me.  You are responsible for any co-pay or deductible you may have.  Generally, this information can be found on your insurance card or by calling your insurance company.  You can pay your co-pay/deductible amount at each session or I can bill you at the end of the month.

If you prefer not to use your health insurance, my fee is $100 for the first session and $75 per session.
